What Are Some Factors That Can Change The Costs?
Complexity: If your house has lots of corners, odd layouts, poor access / maneuverability due to small rooms or tight hallways, removal of old trim, disposal of old trim etc = higher labor costs.
Height and profile: Tall baseboards or more ornate baseboards take longer to cut, cope and properly install = higher labor costs.
Materials choice: Paint grade materials like finger jointed pine or poplar are pretty standard, whereas hardwood stain grade materials like oak or maple are always more expensive to source and install.
